Equality is just fine if we are speaking generally on “equality of opportunity.” This is a classical liberal ideal. The problem is that after generations of demonstrating that something other than socio-economics are at play, they’ve shifted the goal posts such that equality really means equity. Equity is Authoritarian Communism.
