I'd probably tackle it by unbolting the bed lift cylinders and using the pivot to raise it to vertical with a big A frame and a couple of dozers. Once the chasis is vertical, brace the bed to the chasis then use a couple more dozers to lower it down on its wheels and assess the damage. Would be a big job though.
