Don't know which make/model that is, but those high capacity haulers can carry twice their own weight. So, being upside down isn't going to put that bed over capacity.
Flip it over, check the fluid levels, and you're probably good to go. :)
Thing is you need to get another machine about the same size or larger to flip it back on its belly. I bet that other machine had better things to do.
Would depend on how it ended up in that position. If it slid down a steep slope sideways and gently rolled over it might be mostly fine. But the damage will come from side loading of the suspension and drive line components. Would want to do a thorough inspection for damage to suspension and drivelling as well as structural failures.

Well they already did it once. They have experience.
I'd probably tackle it by unbolting the bed lift cylinders and using the pivot to raise it to vertical with a big A frame and a couple of dozers. Once the chasis is vertical, brace the bed to the chasis then use a couple more dozers to lower it down on its wheels and assess the damage. Would be a big job though.
