I thought the whole pants down thing with niggers was based on advertising "sexual availability" amongst niggers in prison.

That then opens up a whole other rabbit hole of the Gangsta rap industry and the private prison companies who fund it. No surprises for determining the size of hats of the people behind all that.
IMO it's worse than if you claimed they were merely monkey-like.
