Audiobooks are a thing. You can lift a weight while listening.

Came here to say this. I’m currently listening to “Nothing Like It in the World” by Steven Ambrose. I’ve got through lots of history and other classics while working out.

Right, it's not like you have to think much about moving the weight once form is established. May as well listen to something, or write an essay in your head.

You need to strike a balance between shaping your body and shaping your mind. Being a musclebound knucklehead is no better than being a soiboi faggot. Workout and tune your body but also workout and tune your mind. White men have the capacity for both physical strength and fitness as well as superior mental abilities and acuities. Don't skip brain day, bro.

I think strength training is more important.

Becoming strong makes you more mentally astute. The brain and body are totally connected.

Plus, if you are genetically predisposed to being weak, you can counteract that easily with strength training.

If you are genetically not very bright, there's honestly not much you can do. You might as well become strong.

If you are naturally intelligent, there's not much you have to do to stay intelligent. You'll naturally seek out information and learn. The internet makes this incredibly easy.

I've had the opposite problem. I work in IT, and I constantly find myself trapped in my head and completely neglecting my body. Thankfully, testosterone still gives me the ability to lift a car if needed, but I have not been keeping up and have hurt myself overexerting.

“No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training…what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” - Socrates

Not every book or poem is worth something. Not all information is relevant, good or worthy.
Quality knowledge > bunch of useless horse shit.
Filter it all out. Then just come to Poal for the summary

WRONG

Working out increases your motivation to do everything. You end up doing more overall.
