I grew up learning cursive in English - back then it was core in school to progress. I didn't learn Cyrillic until I was 20. My cursive wasn't too bad really, but being a non-native speaker I did have trouble with it, which could have been corrected with practice and time, but since I was learning for my own edification, other things in life took over and my learning fell to he wayside. Now a lifetime later, I would like to get back to it one of these days.
