That cartoon is ignorant and so is anyone who thinks africa will rule anything at any point. First off "rich in money" is a meaningless thing. Money is nothing more than a currency of exchange. You can have all the money in the world and it would be worthless if no one was willing to take it in exchange for something else. So who is really wealthy? The person who has the money or the person who has the thing money is trying to buy? Wealth is produced. And europe used to be wealthy because it poduced nearly everything of value. While it is true that China has become the producer of most low tech items that is not at all what the cartoon is depicting. The US still has the most advanced weapons. So this cartoon literally failed to predict anything. China has done everything it can to reduce its own population to the point that they are heading into a demographic crisis never before seen.
