While it's a good idea I still think it wouldn't do much on a greater scale, but would definitely improve situation for me and my friends. We have future plans on buying a bigger piece of land and making an small community of our own. We are the owners, montage houses on multiple seperate plots. Houses and plot of land are rented to tenants for small monetary fee, but the biggest portion of their "rent" would be service they provide to the community - food production, maintenance, skills... Still all in a planing stage, assuming the world doesn't go to shit soon. One thing I can be 100% sure of is that local law enforcement would not leave us alone for 5 minutes.
