While I do like the inch and foot as both more practical measurement, just because they are more “human” sized, the rest of imperial is fucking garbage. How many feet in a mile? How many yards in a mile? What’s a fluid ounce? How many fluid ounces in a gallon? How many gallons in a square foot? How many pounds in a ton? It’s ridiculous, it makes the math pointlessly difficult. Pro-tip: the military, engineers, tech and every scientist in the entire world uses metric, including in the USA.
