WTF is with that design? That would generate a ton of down force on the nose of the plane and ruin the aerodynamics. Wouldn't it make more sense to put the clown orb somewhere closer to the center of the plane with more of the equipment inside the airframe? It's hard not to have a sense of humor about things like this.
