Why did they ever get rid of the wing window? They were awesome. Could suck a fart out the window in 1.2 seconds

My guess is niggers.

[–] 1 pt

Yup, makes it too easy to break into the car.

The wing window was the best feature next to the foot vent.

Thats exactly like the two vehicles I have, daily drivers

And they are awesome to drive!

If thats a gm air control its just like a ford.

I have these keys. Right now. For my daily driver

That's cool. Mine is a project that I fear I will never get to.

Do you have

[–] 0 pt

No, shes just got the am jams.

Ah, vent windows. I remember them well. They were so great. In summer you could angle a cold blast of air directly into your face. It was expecially useful when you were driving at night and found yourself falling asleep at the wheel. I miss my vent windows.

How many ash trays does it have? Do you still have the original lighter?

[–] 2 pts

3! It's not a driver, stored down at my RV shed. I don't remember if the lighter is in there or not. I think so.

Still have my first car. Its a 95 Ford. Spent time working on it tonight

My first car: a '62 Chevy Impala ragtop; 283/ 2speed slushbox.

Well, It is a ford................

Bwa ha ha !!!

I wish car keys were still like that.

These remote unlock keys save you 0.5 seconds, but now you have a bulky piece of crap that won't fit properly in any of your pockets.

My 85 4runner still has the wing windows. What I really miss is the seemingly indestructible high beam switch on the floor board.

Some of our fire apparatus has that button. On some it's the high beams, on others it's the air horn. I always forget which is which!!!

Man. If I were a younger man, that would definitely be an incentive. I really miss the stuff that was built to be here longer than me, and be there when you needed it. I still sort of feel a twitch in my foot when I go to put the high beams on. Fuck. I'm old.

I remember those keys for my first car. I remember the round door key felt like it was going to break every time I tried to unlock my door on a cold winters day.
