I don't think I Know for a fact because it doesn't say "jews" are God's chosen. The Holy Bible says Judeans are God's Chosen.
I'm mistaken on your question. I read "who's". It's not "YWHY" or whatever the intentional (((misstranslation))) from Greek (I believe) as the Judean -> jew and others in The Holy Bible.
