Some Christian hollydays are related to pagan traditions because people converted and kept them around just dedicated them to a new God. Easter is not related to paganism, its the best example of Christian exclusive hollyday.

Ur equinox shit isnt related, just cuz some pagans had a celebration in spring, doesnt mean every spring celebration is related to it.
Bet you never imagined Islam and Judaism and Protestantism are all derived from Catholics / Orthodoxy. No judaism isnt the first, it showed up only after Judea was nuked by Romans. The Hebrew religion of Isrealites just became Christianity. That is why you get so many contraditions between the Moses texts and judeo-Talmud.
