Some of them are possibly somewhat attractive to the opposite sex, if they would dress nicely, and lose the makeup. And smile. The act of being happy makes a person look better in the moment and over time.. the fatties will need to lose weight before being able to tell if it's possible they are any good looking. Being happy can only help so much. Maybe only 10% up or down.. maybe more for some. And there's rhinoplasty for some of the jews.
Yeah, and incels would be more attractive if they were not socially awkward, fat and unkempt. So what? They are still incells and it's because they are fat, ugly, bitter people.
They can choose to be losers, or work on themselves. If they don't choose to improve - ugly on the inside and out, and it snowballs.
It's not like they wake up one day and choose. They are born lazy and dumb. They never learn to be better. They become increasingly bitter and that is why they latch on to those toxic groups.
