How? There's literally zero evidence of any variety that it was accidental or maintenance caused. All evidence points to the US doing it as the US is the only one to gain. You're far too trusting my friend. People need to by default disagree with any and everything and form their view / opinion from that baseline. Don't let others prove you wrong, prove yourself wrong.
