I think we should have a 'no tax' ultimatum of "no taxation without representation". Basically everyone "interested" signs on that at a point ie 6 months from now, if the elections aren't fixed to certain demands, then everyone who signed on will stop paying taxes on that day so long as the amount signed up are at least ie 20% of the population.
