Ah yes, the old paper map thing. They just banded together and found like minded people over paper maps. And they all have matching clothes because they sat in a warehouse and made them together. They probably all live on the same street and never have used any modern technology to communicate. Ever. Not one time. Keeping them completely off grid. They didn't even drive their cars to any common parking lot or location.
You're were talking about geofencing to track these guys who are out protesting or training, now your criteria is changing. Of course you use technology such as a smartphone to initially organize, when you're out on the field you leave your phone at home.
No dumbass I'm talking about "yeah we bring a phone" comment when it doesn't matter if you didn't bring your phone. If these guys are real, they used some sort of electronic communication and the feds know exactly who they are, so covering their faces is pointless unless they are feds. The only persons that would be protected from face coverings is feds. Normal people would be tracked in the other ways I already mentioned and would be known to fbi.
