Any woman with psychopathic tendencies and a relatively high IQ (ability to plan long term) has the capacity to poison if they are scorned or trying to upgrade while keeping their husband's money. My bet is the poisoning is concentrated with asian, white and jewish women, and probably at least semi-"educated" types.
