soy protein

NOT A THING.

Plants DO NOT contain proteins. None. ZERO plants contain proteins. They contain carbs that have amino acids in them. The body can turn parts (9 amino acids for protein) into the protein if drawn from carbs.

THIS MEANS THAT a plant protein is NOT A PROTEIN but a carb. histidine isoleucine leucine lysine methionine phenylalanine threonine tryptophan valine Are the nine essential AAs. A plant "protein" doesn't contain all 9. THEREFORE it is not a protein, i t is a carb. You get 1g carb with; - phenylalanine - threonine - tryptophan - valine That's (((labeled))) as a protein.

And 1g carb that has; - histidine - isoleucine - leucine - lysine - methionine

You MIGHT (only maybe) convince your body to produce 1g protein. But it's at a heavy physiological and digestive cost. Building is not free. No. It won't burn some insane amount of calories and thus make you not be a ham anymore. What it will do is strain and stress the systems of your body. To or beyond breaking.

Why do you think plant fucks are always insane?

YOU NEED ANIMAL FLESH FOR A FUNCTIONING BODY.

How about the fact that Soy wreaks havoc on male hormone levels.....

((())) you're an offended, child porn loving, nigger fellating vegetarian huh?

Everything you eat gets broken down into amino acids and built back up to what you need. It doesn't matter what the original food was as long as it has the same amino acids.

If the amino acids are already broken down your body does less work.

No. Fats aren't and don't.

It doesn't matter what the original food was as long as it has the same amino acids.

Okay. Drink a bottle of glyphosate wheat nigger. Nothing you said is even remotely true. Why are you spouting off this garbage? If you body CAN and you "convince" it to, i t has the capability to produce protein for its own use.

However if your body needs the carb source as an energy. GUESS WHAT? It's now energy. And if you gorge and it gets stored as fat, it doesn't get converted from adipose tissue to protein somehow, the body has no mechanism to do that.

You can eat plants all day long and not get the total 8 amino acids...required for the body to use them at all. Animal products are the only food that has all 8.

and thats not even mentioning dozens of essential vitamins only animal products have. vegans have to inject and swallow buckets of synthetic vitamins and sometimes human urine as part of their all natural diet. human urine is an animal product btw.

Obviously if the amino acids aren't in there then you can't get them. But that is not a contradiction of what I said. You are imagining I said something different then what I said.

"Grass-fed" is a bullshit marketing term. If a cow ever ate grass once in its life it can be called "grass-fed" legally. I'm willing to bet half the shit out there being sold for double the price is just the same grain-fed beef from China.

100% grass fed beeves eat no grain. anyone who buys beef from the grocery store is a fool.

100% grass fed beeves eat no grain.

That's what it means in layman's terms, but that's not how the law works. Consider this interpretation:

This beef was fed 100% grass at some point in its life, therefor it can be said to be 100% grass-fed.

There are a lot of people who don't care about lying so long as they can't get in legal trouble. As long as that's the case you have no way of even being reasonably sure your beef is actually pasture-raised and grass fed.

thats why you buy beef from your local farmer or raise it yourself. you can pop in to see the animal fpr yourself at anytime. you dont know what 100 percent means. of course there are jews that lie about their beef, hence buy from local neighbors with nothing to hide

Butter is bad for you, eat the margarine, goy!

Margarine is a butter substitute typically made by combining water and vegetable oils, such as soybean, corn, palm, canola, or olive oils. Ingredients like salt, colorings, and natural or artificial flavorings are sometimes added as well.

I remember the margarine vs butter wars of the 90s. Every other year doctors and nutritionists were saying one was worse for your health than the other. But butter eventually won.

I'm pretty sure that's an image of alpha centauri on the top right there.

Plant shit has got riboflavin in it. I've noticed over the years that every kind of fake food has riboflavin. I don't know what riboflavin is, but I enjoy typing the word riboflavin.

It's found in the white part of citrus fruit under the skin. You could eat that and throw away the rest.

Neither is a health food, but a homemade burger made from beans, bread crumbs, vegetables and minerals is absolutely healthy and delicious. This meme is just a bad appeal to nature.

Minerals? You add minerals to your soy paddy?

[–] 0 pt

meat isnt a health food? we eat to support our blood, muscles, brain and organs. what better to do that than eat meat and organs? are you a vegetable? there is nothing more nutritious than grass fed liver.

[–] 0 pt

No, it isn't, it's good for carnivorous/omnivorous animals, but for humans it's shit, and saying something is grass fed and equating it to clean is stupid aswell since even grass fed cows spend their lives on hormones, medicines, chemicals and micro plastics, all of which end up in you.

[–] 0 pt

humans arent omnivores? news to me. no hormones or crap are in my beef or steak. and i know that as a fact. so you dont eat to replenish your muscles and organs? because if you do, what better to eat than muscles and organs.
