Well this is just meme. Like always try to catch essence. For biker gangs... I'm not sure that this is always true. Some of them are heavily involved in criminal... which mean that they are tied to agencies like FBI, for example. Believe me I'm heavily disappointed in some worldwide known biker 'gangs'.
