That is so true. I've thought many times on what would be the best way to have a civilization run best so no one is lacking. I've come each time to the same conclusion, impossible without making sure everyone does what needs to be done correctly. That requires complete control and humans do not want to be told like children what to do and it fact will do the opposite just to spite the person. So no it will always require a controlling mind. I couldn't do the controlling since it is so demeaning to the workers. I don't have that I want to put my will over your existence type of ego in me.
