Yeah man, it's kind of amusing that the general public who doesn't shoot tends to think of 9mm as a "pea shooter". Probably because of video games. 9mm rounds are fucking *ferocious,* there's a reason that it's one of the most widely (if not the most) used ammo type for sidearms of cops/military units around the world: they're light, but the trauma caused by them is so massive, that they tend to end fights very quickly. I saw a gore video where a 9mm round turned a cartel member's head inside out. Exit wound made the guy's face... turn into goo, his brains were where his chin should be. Glad our hero had an effective tool.
