Old people are pretty rubbish at articulating social problems, they know it's not the same as in their day, but they don't understand what has actually changed. Even when they actively dislike niggers/Irish/Japanese/Indians, they still can't connect the dots as to why everything in society is shit now It's like explaining to some dementia patient who their Wife is
