Especially as casinos invest a lot in surveillance to catch cheaters. Of course they would have high-resolution video cameras everywhere. I wonder if it is technically possible to see if digital footage has been downsized from high-resolution, rather than low-resolution in the first place?

High resolution cameras are cheap as hell now. Even the crappiest of phones can do better than the image above.
