exactly. more often than not they have no interest in an honest debate. i read a quote from a person who came up with a "litmus test" before engaging. he asked himself two questions 1) does this person seek to actually have a dialogue and is arguing in good faith? 2) does this person have the capacity to understand what I'm trying to say/explain? if no on either then move along it's not worth your time.
