Some objective issues, some subjective. I would write it - depending on your intended meaning - as:

A jew's biggest conspiracy is to call everyone who doesn't agree with his agenda a "conspiracy theorist." But this is a conspiracy theory.

or

Jews conspire to call everyone who don't agree with their agenda a "conspiracy theorist." But this is [only] a conspiracy theory.
