Your diet does that, eat more red meat.
The guy on the left has the youtube channel "more plates more dates" and has taken all the performance enhancing drugs ever produced. He openly admits it too.
Chicks don't like those muscle bound freaks. Survey says they want toned muscular and well proportioned, ie swimmer's body.
I think there are way more chicks who like very muscular men than the available very muscular men. Moreover, those girls tend to be into fitness themselves and are hot.
They want to be able to see the shape of your muscles. They want lean, not bulky (in general, in my experience).
Of course, body type only really matters if you make less than a certain amount of money.
And it matters even less than just flat out confidence. But here's the trick: Confidence is a result of becoming and staying fit! If you are strong, and trust in your body, then you will be generally relaxed and calm. People want to be around you. On the other end of the spectrum, if you are weak and despise your body because you've been brainwashed into believing you're a woman, then your self-consciousness will be almost tangible. Even just looking at the photo of the fag on the right, note his body language- he's posing with a fag flag wrapped aound him, hands on hips. He's supposed to look "stunning and brave", I think.
But that's not what he's projecting. If I had to turn that photo of him into a sentence, it'd be "Maybe nice people will notice me and cater to all my desires now that I've done this?" Dude on the left is projecting "I AM A FUCKING MONSTER AND I WILL CRUSH YOU AND STEAL YOUR WOMAN AS YOU CRY ABOUT IT."
