it is a modern font, Elgraine ExtraBold otf (700) font to be exact, it has no ink bleed so it's printed on a modern printer. Likely a laser printer by the looks - the date given on it should be a Wednesday, and the speech used is not how people used to talk, it is an example of how modern day people THINK people talked back then.

A total fabrication that is being posted all over the internet to get the boons riled up and push white guilt.
