I have one rule that I follow that makes all those obsolete. If the Jews are involved it's malicious, malevolent and not in your best interest. So far it's been going great. I didn't get the Vax, got covid and it was nothing. People used to ask me why I didn't get it, and I would give them the whole spiel about the science etc. Just wish I could say, it's because the Jews control every institution that pushes it.
