Isn't it interesting how ball earth theorists resort to insults and memes rather than factual argument?
I will admit I used to subscribe to ball earth theory before I really paid attention to things, but noticing how my compatriots resorted to the lowest tactics in discourse probably accelerated my journey to discover the truth.
Give a factual argument for a flat earth. Literally anything at all. Will try my hardest to be nice and provide a rebuttal if you agree to actually engage with the discussion.
I'll go toe-to-toe with you on any part of it. What do you want to discuss?
Like I said, any factual argument at all stating why you think the earth is not massive object crushed into a generally spherical shape by its own gravity, just like virtually every other massive, dense object in not just our own solar system but the entire observable universe. Why you don't think it's reasonable that the same gravity pulling the earth's own mass inward could not possibly also allow for things on the surface of the earth to also be pulled toward its center, creating an "up" and "down" that is relative to the earth's center rather than a flat plane.
The only issue I see is when both sides use ad hominem straight away, though FE side did it the most, here.
Maybe we're interacting with different people. I hardly ever see an ad hominem or lazy tactic from the FET side. Maybe it's bad actors from the BEH side. It seems like all they know is to insult, block, etc.
I understand it though. Feels bad to be proven wrong so they want to avoid that feeling at any cost.
The FE troll was insulting and banning left and right anyone who voiced their opinions in a civil way.
His favorite insult is "globetards"
