Yes, any study of art or perspective will show that we don't even have the effects technology now to fake the video, let alone then. Kubrick used miniatures at massive scales for 2001 and it was still obviously miniature work mostly due to the nature of camera lenses and so on if you wanted to fake the moon landing you'd need to build a perfect lense with 0 imperfections all in one piece near the size of a bus, and considering computer graphics rendering didn't exist miniatures would have been the only option. If the moon landing were fake the soviets would have disproved it.
You can tell we didn't go to the moon simply by watching the reactions of the astronauts in the "Astronauts Gone Wild" documentary.

I once believed the moon landing could have been hoaxed, it made sense to do at the time but we did have a rocket program many people saw the rockets launch, their trajectory was consistent with an attempt to escape orbit and the film brought back from space could not have been faked. Since you are asserting it was faked you need to provide some sort of proof if you want me to buy it but i know optics and perspective and i know what filmmakers have done with miniatures and the lenses they would have needed to fake the moon landing are impossible.
But try coming up with some proof, I'll grant motive but the reality is the soviets couldn't dispute it, beating the reds to the moon was a massive loss for them if you look at literature produced in soviet russia and the warsaw pact states that event is the demarcation where optimism and copium died behind the iron curtain.
I don't even care much about space it was my mother's interest foisted on me vicariously in childhood; but I have seen what I need to to know without a shadow of doubt that the theories against the moon landing round earth and space itself are based on ignorance and a rightful distrust of government used against ignorant and stupid people by government itself to make its skeptics and detractors discredit themselves publicly.
If the moon landing were faked wouldn't you see feds online in huge numbers trying to bury the truth, compare the treatment of moon landing deniers, flat earthers, and space deniers and how they and their rejection/denial is treated by government to how people who reject or deny key government positions about the Kennedy assassinations, the holocaust, 9/11, sandy hook, or the 2020 election.
One group is ignored by the government and allowed to spread without need for containment the other group are national security risks, terrorists, and insurrectionists that require the suspension of the constitution.
So I'll say it again prove to me the footage from the moon the orbit and walk are fake prove to me all of the long continuous shoots were faked and you've got me on your side. There are a few minor reservations i have about the electromagnetic field that suggest I'm missing a puzzle piece or there is an old classified technology I'm unaware of but that's the only gap that I can't totally plug with what I know at the moment.

What was so important on the moon? Why should we have kept spending billions to send dangerous manned missions, this was largely a publicity stunt to produce engineers and scientists while demonstrating our missile program in the least hostile way possible.
Do they give you guys a card with canned responses for typical debunking? What's it say about GPS?
