And perhaps come of as more feminine. Which makes him an easy prey for people who tell him all his problems stem from him not being a man. That he doesn't fit in and struggles socially because he's really a girl. But I still believe that autists difficulty in following social norms makes them much more likely to openly live out any sexual deviancy they have.
