Do you think that social norms that restrain display of nudity are good?

That has nothing to do with being a social norm. Not walking around naked is a matter of morality and was around long before the term "social norm". Unfortunately morality is not synonymous with social normals.

Talking about sex with your parents isn't social and therefore is not a social norm. It's a private conversation that parents should have with their children. Sex and sexuality should not be social topics at all. Do you go around talking about your sex life in public? That's 100% disrespectful.

Talking about sex with your parents isn't social and therefore is not a social norm.

How is talking about something with another person not social?

Not walking around naked is a matter of morality and was around long before the term "social norm".

Things existed before we gave them names.

Isn't there shame and pride involved in enforcing rules about nudity?

Like being shamed for nudity itself, or potentially shamed for the size and shape of your genitals.

Or isn't it an achievement to woo a woman?

There are propably people who only have sex with a beautiful woman because it makes them feel pride. Not because they like her.

Isn't that a social aspect influencing sexuality?

Are you asking me, or asking in general?

enforcing rules

Rules are gay and are made to be broken. If not then there would be no need for them.

Isn't there shame and pride involved in enforcing rules about nudity?

You don't need rules if you have morals. If you need rules then you lack morals.

Or isn't it an achievement to woo a woman?

To who? I didn't woo my wife. We met, talked, and continue to do so today. If you have to use tricks (wooing) then there is a problem.

There are propably people who only have sex with a beautiful woman because it makes them feel pride. Not because they like her.

Again that has nothing to do with a social norm. I think you may just be describing yourself or someone you know. That's shit teenagers do, not grown men that are a part of and contribute to society.

Sexuality has no place in public (social) discourse. All the talk about sex and sexuality in public is what got us all these faggots and queers walking around in the first place. Jokes are one thing, but actively talking about sex or your sexuality in public is just low class immoral bullshit.

You don't need rules if you have morals. If you need rules then you lack morals.

Can you think of a single group that has more than a handful of people where everyone agrees on the same morals?

You may notice, that even on this website people are constantly arguing and bickering over what is moral. What is the correct philosophy. The right way to govern society.

I think you may just be describing yourself or someone you know. That's shit teenagers do, not grown men that are a part of and contribute to society.

That sounds almost as if you're trying to shame me. How interesting, given that pride and shame are the essential foundation of forming social norms. And how hypocritical for you trying to make this argument personal.

Maybe you are living on mars, but here on earth, there are plenty of men who contributed to society much more than both of us combined, and own a trophy wife.
