Bodybuilding not only gets you smarter by sending more blood to your brain and giving you more energy to actively learn, it helps you see through the bullshit. The soy learns just what they want him to learn, the bodybuilder learns how the world really is. He's not blinded by normie bullshit.

body builder has to study health and food to get there. myself and most i know that hit the gym listen to audio books while they work out. its a good time to get your history and other knowledge in

That's true. I picked things up a lot faster after a good workout. It's like my mind was free of bullshit and I'd learn twice as much more when I studied.

Working out motivates and invigorates one to do more with their time and more efficiently.

The fact that soy has to make up fantasy lands about non soy tells it all. They live in a clueless small subdued box of the world and can’t even see out of it.

I had a soy tell me 'but muscles don't really make you stronger'. I was speechless for a second. He was genuinely unaware and not trying to insult. It just shocked me. I asked him if he wanted to armwrestle to see for himself.

If I revisit a podcast/audiobook, I can often remember the exact rep and exercise I was engaged in when I first heard a particularly savory bit. Auditory associative memory is fucking awesome.

Do you differentiate bodybuilding vs lifting?
