Hitler promoted women in the workplace during wartime too.
The National Socialist Women's Union and German Women's Agency used Nazi propaganda to encourage women to focus on their roles as wives and mothers. Besides increasing the population, the regime also sought to enhance its "racial purity" through "species upgrading," notably by promulgating laws prohibiting marriage between "Aryans" and "non-Aryans" while preventing those with handicaps and certain diseases from marrying at all.
The general consensus says otherwise but i'm open to change my mind based on evidence if you can provide any.

From the multiple interviews I have seen in my life with people who lived there in that time, you are exactly correct. They said under Hitler was one of the best places to live in the world. They only had issue with slow but orherwise happy people disappearing.
