so why did she say "shopping?" it makes no sense. unless she equates shopping with getting out in the carnival freakshow called society. try to find some wholesome festivals in your area. i always love going to craft fairs, checking out the pottery and weaved goods. i love antique malls/shops too. not the hoity toity ones, but the junkyard looking ones. i'm glad you have a woman who is content without all the "stuff."
