That was one episode I remember, everyone on welfare with cards that the thugs would steal brutally if necessary, I believe it was kill the lawyers the episode name since they said lawyer lawmakers were all responsible for all the hardships the population was enduring and they all were killed or imprisoned after a french revolution type rise up in the history they were discussing in that episode. I thought it was over the top but it was very accurate on the conditions now we just need the rise up part and it'll be on the money totally.

Picard season 1 wasn't the worst, there were some bullshit parts, but it gets worse in s2. I haven't watched S3 because I knew by the end of S2 that the point was to make Picard into a faggot loser.
