Well, manga / anime are somehow awkward to me. This are not just underage girls..... majority are 18+ ,,, but Japanese love to depict them in this way.... this is part of his culture. Just look on photos which Jap female post all around. Look in this way, in manga / anime are just two age for female "underage" and old grandma. Very rarely you will find something between, only in cases when this is absolutely necessary for "story". Even then they depict them much younger. But for me is more important that "stories' are ... stupid, irrelevant, empty, weak, weird. Except rare exceptions, this are garbage to me. Western entrainment long time ago lost his compass. Nothing more to say.
