I knew some might kvetch, but police normally only work for ADL in UK and nanny state countries.

This has ACTUALLY HAPPENED in various nations, with the FBI riding along with local police as LIAISON AIDS, but typically they only have their handguns, holstered, for self defense. If it makes you feel better, the British police are known for doing exactly what you put into your meme making your meme quite appropriate. It's not a joke meme at all because that's exactly what those chodes are doing.
