If I remember correctly in SwedenIstan is forbidden to describe race - ethnicity of criminals which attack you. Even is most serious crime in question. This is not just a recommendation or guide... this is Law. No need to talk about how much this make police job almost impossible. His 'neighbors' even make parody about this. However, rest of 'civilized' world is not far behind.
