propety tax is the only for sure tax. sales tax? people can just buy less. income tax? loopholes and unemployment. but property? even if you sell a property, someone will be paying the property tax. and when they need more state / county income, they gouge homeowners. gotta feed those niggers, ya know.

Property taxes mean you never own the property and will always be renting it from the state. Fuck property taxes, fuck business/corporate taxes and fuck income taxes.
