Don't forget sudden death.

The problem is it's never really clear whether these are just CYA disclosures or whether it's actually causal. I blame a litigious culture. I know some of it is the former. For instance, every medicine causes upset stomach because, well, taking pills can do that and in general people often have upset stomachs.
