I'd prefer the right. I'm not being bamboozled as I know there is only two choices, so I simply look at the most controversial ideals of both sides and tick boxes.
Thats premised on the belief that the policies they talk about they actually support. They don't. At all.

Put it this way. You're in charge of protecting your family and you know guys are coming to murder everyone and loot your home.
You can only make one call to either Trump or Biden for help. The answer is obvious. Trump would let you down and maybe try to help, Biden wouldn't even understand you and hang up after gibberish (if he even knew how to answer at the moment).
Always pick the greater of two evils when only two evils are the option.
