At no point throughout all of human history has any tyrant ever tried to divide populations, they have ALWAYS tried to UNITE under a SINGLE ideology. Those who hold power want to create a society that is full of genderless, raceless worker bees completely divorced from natural law. Sounds like a unifying ideology to me.
