Naaah, such chart usually are useless in reality. Government, police, scientists or even artists make tons and tons of such garbage. So someone arbitrary chose one person as "archetype" then depict entire population with this, only one person. Some chars are more detailed, they go in some smaller regions / areas, yet this is also very arbitrary, incomplete, deceptive. Can be relevant only in small isolate communities with small gen pool. PS. I do art and must learn human anatomy, see many such shit... this are useful when I want to depict male from Wels or Kongo, Mongolia etc. This give me a rough guide, enough for fast artwork, but nothing more.
