How is this an issue? They can break that steer-wheel lock open when they steal cars. Why can't they do it here?
They have used both saws and bolt cutters to cut the steering wheel. Source: i have had friends that had cars stolen and the niggers would even leave the tools behind. My buddy ended up with a nice snap on slide hammer, long handled heavy duty screw driver, and a brand new set of bolt cutters that were like 3' long when they recovered his car. He had a "club" installed at the time of theft, which wasnt found in the car. Go figure.

They don't typically break the club, they saw the steering wheel so the club can be removed.
I'm not a nigger so I don't know what it is to steal a car.
Neither am I. I saw a demonstration on the news about 25 years ago (back when they mostly reported actual news) covering car thefts.
Isn't it obvious? It practice for when they become of age to steal cars.
