I can't find much old data. Perhaps because they didn't have DNA testing and fingerprint sampling back then.

Plus, there are many crimes that are not prosecuted because the U.S. gov't and State gov'ts don't seem them as crimes anymore like abortion, divorce, adultery, pornography, sodomy, usury, obscenity, etc.

You know what? I take legalizing porn and oralsex anyday, if in return we now agree that fucking children is a crime, even if that child was a slut.

"Until the late 20th century many states had provisions requiring that the teenage girl must be of previous "chaste character" in order for the sexual conduct to be considered criminal. In 1998 Mississippi became the last state to remove this provision from its code." (en.wikipedia.org)

I guess you really prefer the time period where they couldn't figure out that raping a 12 year is wrong.

Tell that to the U.S. president. Oh wait, he thinks it's okay for a young child to be put on hormones and have their genitals mutilated so they live out their full potential as a sodomite. But, but, but muh under age rape from deleware....

Would you feel better if we'd only transition children who aren't of "chaste character"? Then it's perfectly fine, isn't it?
