Who goes to prison if found guilty?

Some poor schmuck who will be setup as the proxy for the corporation. Corporations are people up until they need to be held accountable for criminal acts so they put the charges on some useful idiot who will serve the time in exchange for some compensation or other deal they make with the company. I've personally seen this happen although the proxy only had to serve a two year probation sentence.

The.... the corporation...?

I don't remember where I read this, it might've been some communist drivel, but it talked about the notion of corporations being treated as individual human entities, with rights and powers and such. The text went on at length about the dangers of such a possibility.

Primarily, if the law treats corporations in this manner, this will ensure that criminal activity goes mostly unpunished. Netflix isn't going to walk into a courtroom, and be thrown into prison if found guilty and sentenced. No, some "representative" of the company will go into the courtroom and explain away their heavy promotion of actual child pornography. Meanwhile, the dozens of people (likely kikes) who were involved in making the decision to purchase the rights to the smut film and proudly display it on their streaming service- they're just slowly sinking backward into the bushes like Homer Simpson.

Think about it. Really think about what goes into any major decision made by a corporation. How many dozens of people saw the documents, knew the purpose, and were asked for input? And in today's world, most of those people would be too afraid of losing their job or chance at promotion for saying "Uhh, boss, that movie is shot really well and stuff... but it's fucking child pornography, I don't think we should show it, and I think we should call the FBI on the people who made it". At Netflix, there's a good chance that the boss people have to suck up to is a huge "Cuties" fan at heart.

Fuck, capitalism is so good, but the handful of flaws it has are devastating. I think that's more from obscene government interference more than the system of capitalism itself, but that's the situation we're in now.
