I know 18-60 year old men are forbidden from leaving the country. I'm guessing most kikes left long before that or get some exemption?

It is easy. They just show their Israeli or US or German or Russian or Canadian passport. I once had a Jew in my travel group. I saw that he had four passports, he was traveling alone.
