Did it? I wasn't there. I don't have any way of knowing if the stories they tell are true. What I do know is that when they lie they often claim that thier lies are based on irrefutable science and anyone who does not believe is stupid. Yet it is still a lie. What I know is that when it seems like there would have to be thousands of random people all deciding to tell the same lie in reality it is one person telling a lie and a thousand sheep repeating it. Academia has no credibility left. What I know is that when there seems like there is no reason for then to lie that is no guarantee that it is not a lie. But we can not assume everything is a lie. What we can do is trust our own powers of deduction above all else. What we can do is remember who lied to us in the past.
